Sometimes I hear a click from the doors, after 5 minutes from a cold start. My exploring led to this solution: I unplugged the driver's door latch plug. All 3 other doors suddenly worked. Focus central locking works like this. There are 2 tiny wires controlling the locks. One is for lock and one for unlock. I have done it.
